• NIL Compliance Information (where applicable)– University affiliation, sport, and disclosures required under NCAA, state, or federal NIL rules.
• Content – Photos, videos, posts, and other materials you upload.
• Technical Data – IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, usage data, log files.
• Location Data – Approximate or precise geolocation if you grant permission.
• Communications – Messages and interactions with other users or Fanbravo.
• Third-Party Data – From payment processors, verification providers, public databases, and NIL compliance partners.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Currently, Fanbravo is only available in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, we process your information based on: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and/or (d) our legitimate interests, such as improving the Services and ensuring security.

• Process peer-to-peer support payments and manage payouts.
• Verify eligibility and comply with NCAA, state, federal, and other NIL regulations.

• Conduct analytics, benchmarking, and research (using anonymized data where possible).
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information:
• With Creators – When you send a tip or upload content featuring them.
• For NIL Compliance – With universities, conferences, NCAA, NILGo, or regulators when legally required.
• With Service Providers – Payment processors, hosting services, advertising, analytics providers, and verification services.
• For Legal or Safety Reasons – To comply with law or protect rights, property, or safety.
• During Business Transfers – As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With Your Consent – As otherwise directed by you.
